Thank you for your interest in our rental and delivery services!
Below you will find the most important information about renting our items.
Rental Conditions
We offer a unique collection of high-quality decoration items for your event!
For weekend events you rent the products for the entire weekend, but you only pay for one rental day.

Payment & Deposit
The full rental amount (including deposit) and the security deposit must be paid before the rental period starts.
Payment Methods
Payment can be made in cash or via bank transfer.
Deposit Information
- The deposit depends on the item, with a minimum of €70.
- Any damage, loss, or missing items will be deducted from the deposit.
- The deposit will be refunded within 7 days after the rental period, provided all items are returned in good condition.
Delivery & Pickup
Small items can be picked up for free at our storage location.
Large items are delivered for a transportation fee (depending on the location).
Delivery Terms
- Delivery is to the ground floor only.
- Delivery to higher floors is only possible if there is an elevator available.
- All products are delivered clean, neat, and well packed.
Cancellation
